**MONK BEER ACADEMY HAS MOVED TO BILTMORE PARK** With the pursuit of “beerducation” in mind, we hold a monthly Monk Beer Academy class every month. During each class, our Draft Quality Manager, Certified Cicerone® Jeremiah Tracy, hosts a 45 minute informative guided tasting, focused around a particular beer-related topic. The class is complimentary, all you have to pay for is your tasting flight. The next class is at 7PM on Tuesday, August 8th, and the topic is Yeast and Fermentation, Part 2! There is so much to learn about the fascinating little critters that ferment our favorite beers, that we couldn’t possibly fit this topic into one session!
